ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE
The METTRIN Arts Center offers artists (individuals and collectives) the opportunity to spend weeks creating at Lake Bánk. The residency programs are tailored to the needs of the guest artists to ensure their research and creative work can unfold under optimal conditions. The environment is designed to allow artists to work professionally, collaborate, and experiment without the pressure of performance. Residents are provided with individual houses/apartments that also serve as accommodation. Upon request, METTRIN organizes informal presentations of the work-in-progress for a selected audience—viewers and professionals interested in emerging works and offering valuable feedback. METTRIN is connected to international art networks and grant opportunities, seeking financial resources and partners to support its residency program and related projects.
